The EVOlution

When Sprint merged with Nextel, many individuals were skeptical on signing a contract with the carrier due to the rumors of the poor service. Now after a few years of the company after the merger and system upgrades, Sprint is establishing a firmer base than as before releasing better phones along with reasonable service plans. The HTC EVO, Sprint’s, no the World’s first 4G cell phone, brings the best of the both worlds together being a tech savvy device and realistic service plans.
With a sleek erotic design and hearty screen, the HTC EVO is by far one of the finest phones in this day and age. Sporting a wide 480 x 800 4.3-inch TFT LCD screen and a speedy Snapdragon QSD8650 1GHz processor, the EVO has enough power to replace some of today’s low end personal computers. Multi-tasker’s drool at the many apps that they can sink their manicured fingers into. To finish it off, the EVO stands erect with the kickstand allowing easy video chatting and HD movie viewing. Don’t forget HD texting ;).
So..Do you tango??

Melo To The Lakers

With the first half of the NBA regular season winding down and the NBA All Star Weekend on the way, a huge trade rumor seems to have surfaced that has many puzzled. NBA All Star, Carmelo Anthony, has been with the Nuggets since he was drafted in 03’ but has opted for a recent trade. He was expected to go to the Nets but the owner refused the offer. Now his highly expected flight to the Knicks is pending while it is looking to be diverted to L.A…WTF, come on Delta Airlines!
Now what is wrong with this picture? Nothing is wrong in the eyes of the Lakers and their fans of course. This blockbuster trade would add another Big Three to the league with Kobe, Melo, and Pau domination. With the freed salary cap space of $5.4 million by letting go of Sasha, the Lakers are also looking to let Bynum go for Melo. This possible Big Three in L.A. is looking far more superior to the other two in Boston and Miami. Melo’s other option would send him to the Knicks which would also form a Big Three between Melo, Amare, and Felton (which is what everyone is expecting).
The 2-peating champion Lakers are seemingly greedy with this deal as they are already favored to 3-peat this year with their present roster. If this fantasy deal were to happen then just hand the Lakers the Larry O’Brien trophy. Whether or not Melo and Kobe can exist is not the question; that is a deadly duo. We are sure that Snoop will be very happy with his “Purp and Yellow” this year if the deal goes through but don’t hold your breath.
